Easy lettuce wraps with Raisin Lemon Quinoa with sliced radishes

I don’t know if you’ve heard lately, but turmeric is pretty fab.

It’s true.

If you’ve never tried turmeric or tasted it, it is a little peppery. It’s warm with a slight bitterness and the aroma is slightly orangy and gingery with the most crazy bright yellow color.

Truth be told, the color is the real reason I love it so much. If you eat with your eyes, this will get your appetite going.

Turmeric not only tastes amazing but it has super duper super hero health properties. Don’t click on that link unless you have a few minutes because the list and explanation is LONG but really cool. After you read it you’ll want to put turmeric in everything. Luckily its really tasty so it won’t be a challenge to do so.

I’ve attached some links to some great recipes we’ve posted in the past, but this shrimp recipe and marinade is by far the simplest and easiest of them all. You’ll have to watch the video to find out how. It’s even too simple to write a recipe for it. Its the type of thing that once you see it you’ll remember it for always! No pen and paper required.
