
Welcome back for part 2 of the How To Have More Energy Series we’re doing here at Beyond The Peel. In the first video we covered How To Eat For Energy. We talked about how often you should eat, how much to eat and how unprocessed foods can unlock the door to more energy in your life when paired with the previous 2 things.
More energy is a pretty major thing.
Most people don’t feel like they have enough of it. They don’t know how to get more of it. Or they feel like they spend it too fast. You’d think I was talking about money, but it’s something far more valuable. Energy can be the heart of your “Joie de Vie,” the fuel needed to get out and enjoy the day or the company of family and friends. In actuality, energy is the essence of enjoying a good life.
No wonder it is such a sought after commodity. In fact it’s a multi-billion dollar industry. You see it everywhere. Red Bull anyone? Energy Drinks? It’s not surprising that our Energy Bars or Power Bars are our most popular posts.
So in the first video we shared 3 key ways to increase energy by eating. Today we’ll cover 3 more. Implement any of them for more energy. Implement them all and become a superhero ; )
